Cremation Packages

End-of-life celebration events give family and friends time to gather, remember, and reflect on a life that mattered. Some families prefer services that are traditional or faith-based. Others choose a more informal gathering that allows for conversation, connection, and celebration of their loved one’s life. Many families choose to hold two events, either separately or close together, to meet both needs.

At Iles, we help you create events that feel personal and meaningful. Our goal is to provide space for connection, support, and shared strength, allowing family and friends to come together in ways that feel right for them.

Our cremation packages include the services, coordination, and facilities involved in holding a cremation service, and allow you to choose merchandise and cemetery items separately. These packages give you the most flexibility in pricing, allowing you to adjust the final price of your arrangements with the merchandise you add to the package.

These examples are meant to provide guidance, not guardrails. Our team is here to talk through your preferences and answer questions along the way.

Our Cremation Packages

Cremation Packages Available at Iles

Complete Funeral Service Followed by Cremation

A Complete Cremation Service Followed by Cremation includes both a visitation and service where the deceased is present, followed by the cremation process. This option is often chosen by families looking for a traditional funeral experience that includes viewing and gathering, while still opting for cremation as the final disposition. If you choose to bury your loved one’s remains, this package includes a committal service at the cemetery.

This package includes:

  • Embalming and complete preparation of the deceased
  • Use of the facility, staff, and equipment for a public visitation and funeral service held at the funeral home or another facility, and cremation of the remains

Cremation Followed by Complete Memorialization

This package includes an optional private family viewing before the cremation, and then a memorial gathering and a memorial or a celebration of life service with the cremated remains present, often displayed in an urn. If you choose to bury your loved one’s remains, this package includes a committal service at the cemetery.

This package includes:

  • Refrigeration of the deceased, minimum preparation of the deceased
  • Private family viewing, and cremation of the remains
  • Use of the facility, staff, and equipment for a public memorial gathering and memorial or a celebration of life service held at the funeral home or another facility, and for a graveside committal service

Cremation Followed by a Memorial or Celebration of Life Service

This package includes cremation followed by a memorial or a celebration of life service or gathering, and a committal service if you choose to bury your loved one’s remains. During these services, cremated remains are often displayed in an urn.

Includes:

  • Refrigeration of the deceased, minimum preparation of the deceased
  • Private family viewing, and cremation of the remains
  • Use of the facility, staff, and equipment for a memorial or a celebration of life service held at the funeral home or another facility, and for a graveside committal service

Included in all these packages:

  • Comprehensive services of the funeral director and staff
  • Transportation of the deceased to the funeral home and crematory
  • Use of a service vehicle
  • Ample staffing to support selected services
  • Invitation to the holiday service of remembrance
  • Obituary placement on our website with upload options to social media platforms

Your final price will include the addition of an urn and burial vault (if needed) along with third party charges, which may include cemetery and officiant fees along with obituary placement in the local paper if desired.

With any of our packages, once the cremation is complete, the cremated remains can be buried, placed in a columbarium niche, scattered in accordance with regulations, or returned to you. There are many styles and materials of urns available, and families also have the option to provide their own.

You can personalize any of these services further by adding one of our Memorial Packages, which include items such as guest books, candles, obituary placement on our website, video tributes, streaming and/or recording the service and customized print materials.

How Iles Helps Families Choose the Right Package

Choosing a package starts with a conversation. Our funeral directors take time to understand what matters most to you:

  • Your beliefs
  • Your traditions
  • Your priorities
  • Your budget

From there, we help you compare options clearly and without pressure. These packages are designed to simplify decisions, not limit them. There is no right or wrong choice, only what feels right for your family.

A memorial candle and a printed card are displayed on a table, both featuring a photo of an elderly man with white hair. Often included in cremation packages, the candle reads “In Loving Memory” with his name and dates of birth and death.

Personalization and Memorialization

No matter which options you decide on, there are plenty of ways to make the experience personal.
